Foundry Frenzy

Foundry Frenzy the result of a game jam with the theme of "Foundry" (on UWE Campus). The 1-3 player interactive co-op game is built for large touch screens and aimed for use in communal areas.

The game is split into 3 sections each with different motion actions to control. On the left the player controls a Drone and swipes to dodge falling objects, in the middle is "Debugging" which are tap controls and Robot Assembly, which started out as drag controls, however, was changed in development to tap.

​

The goal is to gain the highest score possible by working together.

​

My main roles within this project were:

  • Robot Construction Area (3rd Section)

  • Implementation of sprites and conveyor belt animation

  • Randomisation of robot pieces

  • Construction and placement of pieces
